OSWE Real Estate is the sales and marketing company to revitalize and market the historical Neckermann area in Frankfurt-Fechenheim. Where in those days a sortiment of more than 700‘000 articles of fashion, household, toys and technique felt home, nowadays a new 24 hectares site is being set up, thereby providing rental spaces for offices, storage/logistics and trading. The majority of OSWE’s capital is held by Turkish Servet GYO, which is thereby building bridges between East and West, between Orient and Occident. Servet GYO is specialized in the development, the renting and the management of shopping centers, storage and logistics centres as well as office spaces. The Turkish stock corporation belongs to Sinpaş Group, listed on the Istanbul Stock Exchange with a market capitalization of more than 1.6 bn euros.
